Justin Pagan, BScPharm

Pharmacist / Owner – Budget Pharmacy

Justin Pagan is a dedicated community pharmacist who has been serving the Cowichan Valley with care and compassion since 2007. A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Justin began working in pharmacies in 2004 and quickly discovered a passion for helping people live healthier lives through accessible, personalized pharmacy care.

Born and raised in the Cowichan Valley, Justin is deeply connected to the people and places of the region. He lives in Ladysmith with his wife, two kids, a cat, and a dog—plus a busy schedule coaching two youth soccer teams and enjoying drop-in basketball whenever time allows. When he’s not at the pharmacy or on the soccer field, you’ll likely find Justin out exploring the outdoors. He’s an avid hiker and surfer who enjoys frequent getaways to Tofino with his family, and an occasional trip further afield.

Justin is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming pharmacy experience that reflects the values of community and trust.
